The Insurance Legal and Regulatory Services team provides timely and accurate legal advice to underwriting, line of business and market management organizations. Provide advice and guidance to employees regarding legislation that affects their functional areas. Oversee the preparation of legal documents. Work under the direction and direction of the General Counsel and Deputy Vice-President/General Counsel in providing legal advice. Help us make statutory salaries more transparent. Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and Product Development, this position will provide legal services primarily with respect to the Company`s variable annuities, registered indexed annuities (“RILA”), ETFs and variable mutual funds for the Company`s insurance products.
This position will be a member of the eight-person Legal Securities team and will directly lead the following team members: Senior Paralegal, two Legal Compliance Managers I, one Legal Compliance Manager II and one Senior Legal Compliance Analyst. The annualized base salary range for this role is $102,375 to $200,233. The basic annual salary range represents a national market range. The actual salary for this position may be higher and is determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the candidate`s skills, education, education, references and experience. Base salary is only one component of total CAMS compensation. As part of our highly rated comprehensive compensation and benefits packages, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive rewards.
